Solar Leads don't have to be expensive

Have you considered getting aged, gently used solar leads?  Maybe you haven't tried them before or maybe you weren't happy because you bought leads that were six months old and called a hundred times already.  If that is the case you may want to consider getting aged but gently used solar leads.

By aged, I mean 30-45 days old and by gently used I mean leads that have only been sold to one or possibly zero people before you get them.

These leads offer a great combination of cost and quality for solar installers that are trying to get the volume of sales they want at a reasonable cost per sale.

There are a few things to look out for, one is a Jornaya token or Real ID; this is the proof that they are real leads.

The second is that the people answered questions related to having solar installed on their roof, like shading, size of electric bill, maybe the name of their utility company.  That way they spent some time filling out the form and had to think for a few seconds about their situation.  That tends to produce a higher quality of lead.

The third is that they aren't known to be sold over and over.  One way of doing that is to get them at the earliest opportunity; if someone is selling 30-90 day old leads, specify that you want them to be 30-45 days old instead.  That way you have a head start over the guy that is buying them when they are 90 days old.

If possible, get leads that were only sold once before; most sales people do a horrible job of follow-up so by getting leads that were only sold once, you may be the only person the prospects talk to after filling out the form.
