HVAC sales leads

What is the cheapest way to get HVAC Sales leads?

What is a HVAC lead?   A HVAC sale lead is someone who has shown some recent interest in buying a new furnace, air conditioner, and so on but hasn’t yet committed to it.

Internet HVAC sales leads are a good resource for companies that generate their revenue from selling and installing air conditioning or heating systems. Internet advertising is an effective way to reach potential customers, but it requires having initial contact information like email addresses in order to be successful, or you have to spend a lot of money to buy clicks of people that are searching for HVAC repair and replacement. When you do that, you are not only competing directly for the customer, you are driving up the costs of the leads.

HVAC sales leads are a great way to get in contact with potential customers, but they can be tough to get at a cheap price. HVAC sales leads help you find people who have expressed interest or need for your product and services; this is easier than having to cold-call around looking for those interested in what you offer, HVAC sales leads are people that have expressed interest in purchasing a new heating or cooling system.

There are several ways to get HVAC leads.  Your can use direct mail to a list of homeowners in your area, you can use what is called Conquest Marketing to place your ads on Google above your competitor's listing, so that when someone Googles your competitor, your ad shows up above their listing, giving you a chance to  explain why they should use you instead.  This is typically cheaper than bidding on terms for HVAC replacement.

You can also contact potential customers directly via email campaigns or social media posts explaining why your product/service beats theirs; also include links to any third parties that say you are better.

By far the easiest and cheapest way is to get your hands on their leads.  These are the prospects that your competitor spent the money to get as a lead in real time, but likely as not didn't make the sale.   Why didn't they make the sale?  The most common reason is they never got in touch with the prospect after they got the lead, the prospect didn't answer the phone and the salesperson quit trying.  The second most common reason is they stopped following up with the prospect before the sale was made.   Sometimes it's an issue of inertia, the prospect simply isn't ready to take an action yet, and the salesperson has moved on to the next prospect.

You can get these HVAC leads for just $1 each, in your market area.  The leads will be 30 or more days old, and the larger your area the more leads are available.  The first step is to get a count of how many leads are in your area and how old they are.  Then you can decide how many leads you want to get.  If the leads work well for you, you can keep getting them each month or just use them in the spring and fall to keep your people at full capacity during their seasonal slow times.

With these leads you get: Full name, full address, phone number, email, Lead Id (The proof it was a real lead), roof type, property type, IP address and the date they filled out the form, this is all the information you need to follow upon the lead.
