Mortgage Leads that are worth buying are difficult to find, because a lot of the time you are buying leads that have been sold and resold over and over.
We only sell our aged leads once as aged leads, and a lot of times you are the first person to buy them at all, even though they may be 30 days old or older.
So how are we selling them for only $1? First, we sell a lot of them.
Second, these are leads that may have been sold to someone else in real time about a month ago. Some of them haven't been called at all, some were called but for whatever reason never answered the phone when they saw the other person's caller ID, some answered the phone but didn't like what the other person had to say, and others may be started on the process.
You get their full name, full address, phone number, lead ID, loan to value, mortgage amount, loan type, property type, credit rating, birthdate, property value, and IP address.
WHO DOES WELL WITH THESE LEADS? If you sell in multiple states and are willing to make a reasonable effort to call the leads until they answer the phone, then these Leads will probably work for you.
HOW DO I GET THE LEADS? Most people get a weekly batch file in Excel. If you are getting them in enough states, you may want to get them daily.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THEM? Usually the next day, sometimes the same day, depending on the time of the day you order and how busy we are. Depending on the demand at that particular moment, it may take a few days because we only sell each lead once.
