Recruit insurance agents

Looking to recruit insurance agents?
Before you even start trying to recruit insurance agents, start with looking at it from the agent's perspective.  Why would they want to work with you instead of someone else?  Larger commissions?  Access to unique products?  Free Leads?  Better training?  Better sales support?  

Figure out how you are going Tao make the agents better off than they were before.  

Maybe you don't or can't offer anything unique or better, what then?  Try putting on free training for insurance agents. It accomplishes a couple of things, it introduces yourself to them in a positive way and it positions you as an expert in the industry.  For example a lot of independent insurance agents agents are looking for the knowledge they need to close more Leads, handle objections, or just succeed with a new sales process whether that might be following up on Leads, door knocking of closing warm transfers.

But really, it can be whatever you are great at, that they as an independent insurance agent will benefit from knowing it. 

What are you good at? What can you teach agents to do?
