You get their name, phone, email address, physical address, IP address, gender and their date of birth (which can be in the age range you specify, for example ages 65-84 for a medicare product or ages 18-24 for potential Trade School applicants.)
You have permission to call and email them.
You also get optimization included at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Maybe it is a particular age range, maybe it is geography, maybe it is a particular income range that gets you the best Leads. Whatever it is, we will look at which Leads become sales for you and find you your best prospects!
WHO DOES WELL WITH THESE LEADS?

The process is automatic through our optimization process. The big ones are geography, income range, age and if they own or rent their home. There are also filters for specific situations like if they have diabetes or are disabled, what type of health insurance they have, how much debt they have and what type of debt and so on. When we talk about optimization, some of that comes from looking at variables that aren't obvious but do impact your close rates.
HOW OLD ARE THE LEADS?
Most people get a daily batch file in CSV or Excel. You can also get them in real time via an API link to your CRM.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THEM STARTED?
Usually less than a week, but we like to start campaigns on Monday through Wednesday.
This works best with stronger offers for common services. If you are offering a less compelling offer or a service that is complex and unusual or has multiple requirements to qualify for then your close percentage will be lower. Free offers do the best, followed by strong offers. Your campaign will probably begin with a close rate of 1% to 5%, which is acceptable for most products and services using a $4 Lead. After you get the first 1,000 Leads we will optimize your results based on your feedback and refine the Leads that you get which will typically get you close rates in the 4% to 7% range. There is no guarantee of what your close rates will end up being, but we will continue to work to get you the Leads that achieve your desired close rates. If your customers have multiple requirements such as homeowner with good credit, taxable income and a large electric bill, the close r
ate will be lower. If you only need your customers to be a certain age, the close rate will be higher, and so on.
If you are nationwide, typically thousands per day. This works best if your market area has a population of at least 10 million people, but exceptions can occur for certain products. Your specific questions and your market area will determine your volume but typically there are more than enough available to let us optimize for your best prospects AND get you the volume you want. Typically you would be able to get hundreds or thousands per day.
WHAT IS THE REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY?
These are Leads that are created exclusively for you after you order them that have opted-in for your offer, there are no refunds for Leads after they have been received. If after you follow up on them you conclude that they are not a fit for your sales process then you can get a refund for the leads that you have ordered but haven't received yet, but once they have been sent to you they are yours. We oversupply by 10% to make up for the Leads that have wrong phone numbers etc. If a close rate in the 3% to 7% range is acceptable on a $4 Lead, then you will probably be happy.
Our Exclusive Opt-In Leads follow a two step process. First they Opt-In to a generic need question like the one above. In this case, the client wanted prospects that had an interest in travel.
Once they choose to Opt-in as a prospect with a Yes to one or more qualifying questions, we ask them if they want to Opt-In for your specific offer and give you permission to call them.
They have to Opt-in twice, once as a valid prospect for your service and then again to become an Exclusive Opt-In Lead for you to call and email.
Once we get some feedback from you on which ones convert, we will even be able to optimize the Leads for you as well by seeing which prospects are the most likely to convert for you.
